The popular reality dance show, DWTS has returned for season 11 on Sept. 20 on American Broadcasting Company, and the rest of the cast has been introduced. The announcement came just last week in a media leak explaining that Brandy, Audrina Patridge, David Hasselhoff, "The Situation" and Bristol Palin would all be on the show. Margaret Cho, Florence Henderson from the "Brady Bunch," Michael Bolton, and Jennifer Grey who's "Baby" from "Dirty Dancing" are all also going to be on the show, says NJ.com. Jennifer Grey ended up in a car incident

Jennifer Grey thought she'd never get the chance to dance again after an automobile incident she was in years ago. Grey talked to Zap2It. She explained that she talked to a neurological spine surgeon since she was having really bad pain in her neck. She had wanted to be on DWTS for years and had heard that the surgeon had worked on dancer Karina Smirnoff, so Grey scheduled an appointment.

The accident had torn the ligaments in Grey's neck, and she'd never received correct treatment. The condition then degenerated. Grey's spinal cord was compressed, according to the surgeon. Any blow that caused even a minor shift would cause permanent paralysis. So Grey had her neck fused. The doctor told her that she needed to remove a benign nodule.

Now she can be able to do well on "Dancing with the Stars." Jennifer Grey may have saved her life with this show thinking about it was the only reason she went through treatment.

"I was so frightened of the surgery, I didn't want to even consider that it would be successful. And it was so successful, I proceeded to do everything else on my 'to-do' list that I was afraid of, including doing this show," Grey told Zap2It. "I figure that if I don't do it now, I'll be too old for it. My body is clearly giving out."
